Setup and Installation
Delivery charges are for transport only and do not include setup or installation. Setup fees are quoted separately depending on the size and access of your venue.
LABOUR AND STAFFING
Some large or heavy machines may require two or more staff to deliver and install safely. Additional staff are charged based on hourly rates and will be clearly stated on your quote.
DELIVERY SCHEDULING
We plan all deliveries carefully to ensure smooth logistics. Standard time windows include:
Morning (7am – 12pm)
Afternoon (12pm – 5pm)
Evening / Overnight (available for an additional fee)
Exact timed deliveries and same-day collections are available upon request (subject to additional cost).
OUT-OF-HOURS DELIVERIES
Deliveries or collections requested outside standard hours (7am – 5pm) incur an additional £100 out-of-hours charge per van.
This applies to:
Late-night collections after 5pm
Early morning deliveries before 7am
Overnight logistics or same-day turnaround events

We cover the entire UK – from London, Kent and Essex through to Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow and Cardiff. No location is too far – our team travels nationwide for both short-term events and large installations.

Do you include setup and installation in the delivery fee?
Delivery charges cover transport only. Setup and installation are quoted separately based on venue access and equipment volume.
How many vans will I need for my event?
This depends on the scale of your arcade hire. Large multi-machine events or long-distance venues often require two or more vans. Our logistics team will calculate this for you.
Can you deliver at a specific time?
Yes, we offer standard morning and afternoon delivery windows, as well as timed deliveries or out-of-hours slots for an additional fee.
Do you deliver to venue exhibitions and showgrounds?
Yes, we routinely deliver to exhibition centres, hotels, showgrounds, and corporate offices across the UK.
