We make it easy to pay for your arcade machine hire. All bookings are paid in full before delivery or installation to confirm your date, reserve your equipment and ensure your event runs smoothly.

Choose the payment method that works best for you.

BANK TRANSFER

Make a secure bank transfer using the details provided on your invoice. Please include your invoice number or company name as the payment reference.

SECURE CARD
PAYMENT LINK

We can send you a secure Stripe payment link directly to your email for instant online payment. Stripe accepts all major debit and credit cards and automatically issues a receipt.

PAYPAL

If preferred, we can provide a PayPal payment link on request. Please note that PayPal transactions may incur a small processing fee.

PAYMENT TERMS

Our payment terms are designed to be clear and straightforward.

Full payment required

All bookings must be paid in full before delivery or installation.

Booking confirmed on payment

Your booking is only confirmed once the required payment has cleared in full.

Prices exclude VAT

All prices listed on our website and invoices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

VAT invoice provided

A full VAT invoice and payment receipt will be issued automatically upon receipt of payment.

Payment reference

Please include your invoice number or company name as the payment reference.

Non-refundable

All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date.

LONG-TERM & REVENUE-SHARE INSTALLATIONS

For commercial venue installations, long-term hires or revenue-share agreements, payments are managed through an individual venue agreement. Details, payment terms and invoicing schedules will be provided as part of your contract.
